Evaluation and Eligibility
The ER, or the Evaluation Report, is written by the special education teacher and the school psychologist with the aide of the general education teacher, parents and related service providers.  This report will include, but is not limited to, a comprehensive summary, the student's present levels of performance, and educational needs that derive from the disability (Minn. Rule3525.2710, subp.6c) and will be sufficiently comprehensive to identify ALL of the child's special education needs.
